Question - Ordering BM dresses?

Does the bride usually go with the bridesmaids when they get measured/order dresses? I had thought so but people are telling me otherwise.

If its convenient to do that (you all live near each other) then I would. I couldn't go with most of mine b/c they live out of state and just sent me their measurements.

As a BM, I've gone with the bride. Unless the bride is out of state, I don't see why she wouldn't go with her BMs. JMO.

Its nice if you can...I went with all my local BMs...but the out-of towners were on their own...

and we were able to get a nice picture together...to remember!!!

It is all up to you. If you want to go with your BMs to order their dresses that is fine and if you do not want to or can't, that is fine too.

I went with mine to order them, and I brought the out of state BM's measurements.

I want to go but they are trying to switch the time, to a time that is not convenient for me. We already have an appointment for next week. Yikes!
