Question regarding my beach themed wedding??

Help!! My wedding is September 13th on the beach at the Stony Brook Yacht Club. I went to a beach themed wedding many years ago in Florida. During the ceremony the bride and groom each took a hand full of sand and put it into this beautiful heary shaped glass jar. They then tucked a note inside the jar and the jar had a cork to close it up.

I want to do something like this but I can not find a similar jar to put the sand in and save as a keepsake!!

Any idea??
