question related to tipping thread from earlier today...

It says not to tip the owner of the company. My photog is the owner, but he will have an assistant. I have to tip him right? How much.... It said 25$ but that seems low.. maybe not?

My contract at the hall said tips included... But I don't know if the materd (sp) or the bridal attendant are expecting more.. Gatta call and find out...

My DJ is also the owner, but his son is the assistant and some chick also sings... Do I tip the son and the chick and not the owner?

My DJ, video and photo people are all owners of their companies and will be working at mine--I will tip them about $100 each and about $50 to their assistants (probably $75 to the candids photographer)---

If I am wrong please let me know, I can save myself $300 on not tipping my vendors b/c they are all the owners....but I dont think it makes a difference if they are owner or not--I'm thinking its proper ettiquette to tip regardless.
