question....how would you handle this situation?

cousin from my mother's side just sent me an invite to his wedding....

my wedding, he never responded. his sister was a no show at my wedding ( i paid for her too) and sent me a gift a month later w/his name added to the card. (which was odd because they live in different states)

I feel like she added his name to the gift, since his wedding is coming up.

How to handle? I am def. not going, the wedding is in FLA, and I have no relationship with him.

Do you have any favors leftover from your wedding? Send him one.

I have an ugly chipped Mikasa cakeplate that I got from my cousin at my shower, complete with the clearance price sticker - $12.00. I think I could bear to part with it for a good cause.
