Questions About Hawaii...HELP!

Ok girls....my MOH and best friend will soon become my sister-in-law . Her and my brother are thinking hawaii for their wedding. One place I know NOTHING about....but she's asked my help in finding some deals and ideas for her. Shes not great with the computer..

I looked around a bit and cant really find anything Im looking for. They want all-inclusive definitly. But Im having a hard time finding any in Hawaii. So I figured you ladies would have great suggestions and be tons of help. I know some of you have been there...or will be going there.

Where did you stay/or will be staying?
Know of any all-inclusives?
Resorts?
Best islands to stay/visit??

Any and all advice, tips, and info GREATLY appreciated!!! Thanks in advance girls!

I went to Hawaii on my honeymoon and we visited Kauai and Maui. We stayed at both of the hyatt's and got free breakfast every morning. I dont know of any all inclusives though :( I would totally recommend going to Kauai and Maui, we liked the hotel better in Kauai but both were beautiful!!!!! If they do go to Maui, I had the best meal of my life at Mama's Fish House!!!!!!!!! They should definitely rent a car. Its the best place to go for your honeymoon!! If you have more questions let me know!

Well thank you!! I'll be forwarding all this to her so we remember everything. Thanks so much!!

Unfortunately Hawaii doesn't have any all inclusive resorts. I also went to Maui and Kauai and would definitely recommend both. The Hyatt in Kauai is amazing, definitely the perfect honeymoon spot.

I don't think there are all-inclusives in Hawaii

Re: Questions About Hawaii...HELP!

Is she looking to plan a decent size destination wedding or just a few intimate people?

Tell her to look into the Grand Wailea, on Maui, they do a ton of weddings and there is a lot of stuff for people to do on property. Especially if there will be any kids there with the water slide pool. Which is fun for adults as well.

But for a beautiful, intimate, real Hawaiian feel beach wedding... I would look into Kona Village on the Big Island. While its not all inclusive I think they have wedding packages. Also its one of the few places in Hawaii were you can stay in your own little bungalows. We didn't stay there for our honeymoon because we used Marriott points on the Big Island, but I have stayed there and its AMAZING!!! Its probably the most real Hawaii feel you can get in a top end resort.

I was just looking at Kona Village so I wouldn't steer you wrong. They have this:

Romance at the Village

Your welcome to the Village includes a fragrant flower lei greeting and tropical rum punch on arrival. Romance at the Village also includes:

Three oceanside meals for two each day: breakfast, lunch and dinner
Use of the fitness center, tennis and guided historical and petroglyph tours.

Welcome sparkling wine amenity
Keepsake line art drawing of your hale
Sunset cruise for two
One day car rental through Hertz rent a car
Round trip ground transportation to and from Kona International Airport
Rates start at $695 per night. Subject to availability. Some black out dates may apply. Must stay a minimum of three nights. Additional nights at prevailing rates.
