Can I put frozen chicken and burgers on the BBQ? Or do I have to defrost them first? tia

definitely defrost them first unless it specifically says you can cook right from freezer.

I do, I mean definately burgers. I take them right form the freezer and throw them on the grill.

I think you can do it with burgers. We had some Omaha steak burgers and they specifically tell you that they can go from freezer to grill.

I think the grease would cause a lot of smoke. Do you have a griddle? DH brings the griddle and puts it on the burner on the side of the grill and cooks it outside while BBQing
