Quick Question re: gifts for parents

-a little back ground first-
Fh father passed so it is just his mother with no income, besides a a very small pention, FH and I pay bills in the house and food, so she can not afford to help out with the wedding. My parents are pretty much paying for everything so I know of course I am going to get them something but should I get something for his mother as well ? Im not sure how I handle it, and when do I give the gifts at the rehersal dinner?

yes, i would get her something - gifts are not just to thank for monetary support. She did raise your FH!

Yes, I am in basically the same situation and we are giving her a nice gift, although the gift for my parents will be a little more substantial.

I was thinking that I should. I am just not sure what to get her though. Maybe an airline tix (round trip) to Florida to see her mom?
