Rabbi and Priest for Interfaith ceremony

Does anyone have a recommendation for rabbi and priest officiants for an interfaith ceremony? I guess I am looking for the bare bones type as we are getting married at the reception hall and pretty much only have a half hour to 'do the deed.' I hope it's more spiritual than religious as I don't want it to be a Jewish vs. Catholic ceremony. No catholic readings and no spoken hebrew.
