there are a few interfaith vendors on longislandweddingpages.com
My reception hall suggested the Lowen Associates but they were very expensive $1000 and they don't help you plan the ceremony.

I'm probably using Rabbi Applestone and he is providing a Priest that he works with. I have not met either of them yet but over the phone he sounded okay. He was recommended by the Chateau Briand.

We are using: Dr. Fred Dworkin and have to go through religious counseling with him! He did my friends wedding last September and I laughed and cried during the same service... he brings out every emotion in the book...
Others that are awesome:
Rabbi Renee Feller, Rabbi Marcia Rappaport... Rabbi Fass out of New City, NY..... They all specialize in interfaith....

We are also using Rabbi Applestone for our wedding (He did my FH's Bar Mitzphah (sp?) ) His family adores him! (I have never met or spoken with yet)
We are getting married at St. William's and Father Steve Camp will conduct the ceremony with him.
Check with your church. Priests are allowed to conduct weddings outside of the church if it's an interfaith marriage.

Check Rabbi Agin or Rabbi Kaplan. Kaplan was from Temple Emmanuel in New Hyde Park, border of Williston Park
Depending on the synagogue, they should be able to reccommend.
