Random Limo Question

This is suchhh a stupid question but when booking limos, do you make an appt and actually go to the company, or you call and ask for prices?

i called a bunch of places and asked for prices... then i made an app with the best one and booked at the app.

I actually want to go and see the Limo's I am booking. I want to see the condition of them etc. Also, they may have something there that is not of the website that I might want to consider.

You can just call to get prices but it's not a bad idea to take a look at the condition of the limos beforehand. My FH's uncle owns a limo company so we're just going through them.
I don't know if you're looking at one of those old classic cars but be careful because they have a tendency of breaking down a lot! also, many of them don't have a/c so you really have to take a look at these cars.

I went and met with a company and found out prices then, not on the phone

I called for prices and they all were willing to give prices over the phone. WHen I heard the best price I went to the office

ETA: I should add that i'm planning my wedding from long distance, im in Maryland. If I could have gone to the offices than I would have done that instead.

Hey there! I'm planning from Northern VA . . . Arlington . . . glad to see someone else is working long distance . . . . I didn't meet with anyone but the hall and the photographer in person, and I'm going up next week to meet with the priest and the florist. The hair, makeup, limo and DJ were all phone, word of mouth, reviews on this site . . . . pshew! I'm having a ball though!!!

I actually went in because you get to look at & choose which cars you want for your day. Especially if you have a lead car for you & FH.

I have heard that it is really important to go look at the cars they actually have and make sure the limo company is not just a broker that gets other cars from other locations. You need to make sure you will get the car you see on your day. Def call for price quotes but see the car before you book! JMO!
