RANT: Bride's Review

MY RANT:

I strongly dislike the set up of the bride's review. It seems like every time I go on, the same 10 reviews are in front and I have to search to find the ones that are new.

If it were up to me, I would make it so the posts had to stay in chronological order so that the newest wedding was in front.

Even better, I would like it if the brides review had a way to categorize the weddings by venue, color theme, season, etc... That way, if you wanted to see all the weddings at the Venetian Yacht Club or just winter weddings or just red themes, they would all come up.

I like this idea A LOT because then it would cut down on the repetitive posts in the other boards with questions like 'anyone using red flowers?' or 'anyone been to a wedding at the beach?'

Just my opinion.

I agree with you. I keep clicking on the same reviews thinking they are new.

As far as I know you can search the reception hall under The Bride's Review, and all reviews at that location will come up. You can also search as far as 2 years back I believe. You can do the same for any vendor. Just put their name in the search and click Bride's Review.....

True and I do that, however, it comes back to the same problem about them not being in any particular order that makes it difficult for me to sort them.

I just would like a more organized searching system

I completely agree with you. I think the most recent weddings first would help us all a lot!
Can you suggest it to the powers that be? That, and the constant logging off.....I HATE THAT.....
I log in at least 12 times a day.....

i agree - they should be in season categories...ie: winter brides, fall brides, summer & spring....that would probably work best....but something! it's tough 'cause i hardly ever remember the screennames to search for....so it would definetly be easier then going through page by page & making my eyes hurt lol.

I agree. There have been a few that I read and replied to, then a month or so later,(forgetting that I had read that exact review) replied again! I look stupid how many times can I tell someone their dress looked beautful!
