it is supposed to strengthen the uterus so that it will lead to an easier delivery. i used to drink it when i worked at a health food store...it is supposed to be reallllly healthy, but with any herbal thing, do research, b/c some herbs out there are NOT good for pregnant women. but supposedly red raspberry is good.

I actually have 2 boxes of Pregnancy Tea by Traditional Medicinals that I dont need anymore. FM if you want them!
