I got these from Ebay. The tops of the boxes are not attached. They look great in person!!! I got them in Tiffany Blue with black lettering. I plan to fill them with gourmet chocolate hearts and wrap them with a 3/4 inch white ribbon (my mom makes great bows) . I'll place one on each place setting. The only con is that you have to assemble the box yourself
Did you get to see one and try to figure out how hard or how easy it would be to assemble? I would try to get a few before ordering a whole bunch.

I just ordered without a sample. They arrived fairly quickly and they are great. I was so excited when I put one together!!! It took me me a little more than a minute to assemble both pieces. The box is a perfect tiffany color and isn't plain cardboard -- it looks like a linen finish. I even pulled out some china so I could picture them on each place setting.
