Getting married on a Thursday and the RD is the night before. Getting married at St. Agnes in RVC so was looking at:
George Martin ($$$$) Cabo Churchills
Any other suggestions (not Kaseys)?
Also, since it's the night before the wedding, I don't want to do open bar and risk people getting wasted.
Do I do a pay per drink? How should I do it?

We had ours on a Thursday night - beer and wine were included but we also left an open tab in case anyone wanted to order a drink. We didn't announce that it was technically an open bar cause we were paying for it. Everyone was fine for the dinner...nothing crazy happened - that was afterwards at the bar in town. LOL!!!!

what about that new Press place? the food is amazing, and they have a great back area that could be a private room...
I am only paying for coffee tea and soda...if they want alcohol it needs to be on their tab.
I love cabo!!! But I think it may be too loud in there for a RD especially on a thursday night. If you plan on any convos may be difficult.

I haven't planned my RD yet so I can't advise on the alcohol, but I would probably arrange for beer and wine to be included and anything else to be on their own tab.

We did ours the night before and only paid for soda. My guests paid for their own liquor. Not many of them drink and we were on a budget
