Ladies:
My wedding is October 1st. I ordered my dress in December but I thought deciding on a veil was overwhelming that day...and did nothing since then. Am I behind? How long to they take??

you arent too late! I am an October bride also and just ordered my veil last week. I asked for it to be picked up by AUgust because that is when my first fitting is! I went to Barrons and they were very accomodating and friendly to work with!

i'm a july bride and i just ordered my veil yesterday. it'll be ready in 3 weeks. you have so much time!

I got my veil at Barron's at Tri-County and it was ready in less than a month. I had it in my hands a month and a half before the wedding.

Thanks for the input. I feel so much better. I got a little freaked out when I made my to do list. I have ALOT to do.

Anywhere else except for Barrons? Anyone use Macys?

dont' worry..
i'm getting married in 2 weeks.. and i just ordered my veil last week!! and I picked it up yesterday!!

i highly recommend Rose from Rose bridals 939th bet 7th and 8th.. she has a great prices and she was able to turnaround my veil in 4 days!!!

I got a simple two tier shoulder lenth veil at Patchogue Floral Fantasyland for $27, it was ready in a week.

my wedding is the same day as yours and i am still behind on that. i'll probably get it in a few months. they usually dont take that long to come in.

me too!!! my dress just came in last week and i only saw it again yesterday! and i wanted to make sure the veil 'matched' the dress so i was waiting until it came in! Barrons said about 3-4 weeks so I'm gonna order it in the next few days or so. you're definitely not late...

I ordered a second last week and it was ready today..looks great. Don't worry if I can have a veil in a week when my wedding is 2 weeks away I am sure you can get one made too. I went to Barrons
