I just noticed your message..I don't like that an old thread gets put wayyy down on the bottom of all the messages on this site...I didn't notice your message! Anyway, I stopped going to WW last year...I only went for about 3 months...only lost about 7 lbs...went to South Beach, Miami, and gained about 10 lbs by the time I got back. I wasn't very happy, to say the least. So, I now regret not sticking with it, cuz I really want to lose some weight before my wedding...and I'm having no luck. I don't really have the option of going to meetings now...I may decide to use the book on my own and see what happens. Good luck to you though..I guess my advice is, don't get discouraged like I did!! :( JOY
