re-negotiate contract price

I booked Chateau Briand for July and guaranteed 85 people. Low and behold I have 160 on my invite list now.

Has anyone re-negotiated price after signing contract. Do I stand a chance?

re-negotiate contract price

You may be able to, depending on how much you increase your minimum by - they may lower the PP or throw in some extras. Keep in mind ~20% of an invite list typically declines so I would be somewhat conservative in how high you go, since once you set a minimum you cant get out of paying lower than that

Thank you for your reply. Really 20% declines, wow. Just I am going to be conservative with my minimum.

Re: re-negotiate contract price

They say on average 20% decline. Could be more or less - but that ends up being the average.
