Re:Usher Gifts

Hi, I was wondering what everyone is giving to their ushers as gifts. I have an idea for my bridesmaids but no clue what my fiance should get his ushers. Any info would be appreciated. Also what price range are guys going for? Thanks, Allison

Re:Usher Gifts

We bought all of our 8 ushers watches. We spent $30.00 on each watch.

Re:Usher Gifts

We bought watches for the ushers as well. We spent about $40.00 on each watch. A friend of mine gave Swiss Army Knives to her ushers. Another gave wallets. It really depends on how much you want to spend.

Re:Usher Gifts

My fiance got a wallet with a ticket to a baseball game in it when he was in a friend's wedding. I thought that was different. A few months after the wedding the guys all got together and went to the game...the tailgated and had a guy's day at the ballpark. All the guys like baseball so it was pretty easy. They had a good time even though they all didn't like the same team...

Re:Usher Gifts

we got them each a pair of motorola talk-abouts. They're a pretty athletic group and they can use them skiing, boating, hiking, etc. We also thought they'd have fun with them at the rehersal dinner and in the limos.

Re:Usher Gifts

Since all have different tastes, we're thinking of getting each one a $50.00 gift certificate to their favorite store or restaurant.

Omaha Steaks...

My FH was an usher in a wedding in October, and the groom gave each usher a deilvery of 4 Omaha Steaks (2 filet mignons and 2 tenderloins). We relly enjoyed them and thought it was a very unique and unusual gift. I am thinking my FH might do the same for his ushers, since they are all steak lovers :)

usher gifts...

I think most guys would love the steaks... Our GM like to get together, play cards, and drink scotch...so we are getting each a bottle of scotch (probably $80-100) and a deck of playing cards... I also thought about the baseball game...but you never know peoples future schedules...unless you plan it way in advance...
