Readers...how many?

FH and I are getting married at our RH. I've asked one of his cousins, whom I adore, to be a reader. There are 2 passages that I want her to read. Should I have her read both of them? Or do I pick a second reader?

I think usually there are two readers, at least in Catholic weddings, but there is nothing that says you must have two, especially if the ceremony is at your RH!
