i feel like i'm planning this entire wedding by myself - getting him to do anything for this wedding is like pulling teeth. why is it such a big deal for him to take care of anything without me having to nag him about it? i hate being a nag, but i can't stop - our wedding is in 2 weeks and i can't keep doing it all by myself!!!! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sorry, i just had to vent, before i THROTTLE HIM, and at least you guys might understand - everyone else will just think i'm 'nervous'.

Men are just missing the wedding gene! FH only cares about the DJ and the food. Anything else and he just doesn't want to hear about it. I love him to death and he's a agreat guy but i want to slap him in the back of the head sometimes. Come on man, I know you don't care about place settings but you have to eat off of tehm so just pick one!!!

Yep...I second that! Men really do sux when it comes to wedding planning...thats why I dont bother FH anymore. All he has to do is come with me to pick out bands and take care of the tuxes...thats it!

Same situation but I think he is starting to understand when I WENT crazy on his *** It was funny though He asked me what can I do to help you and I was stuck b/c I have been doing everything myself that I don't know what the hell to give him now to do since it won't be done right, THat could be my controlling side. I am a little of a perfectionist and I hate that he is treating this wedding as a party in a backyard.

FH basically told me from the start and since has not changed at all 'whatever you want baby' so in one sense I want him to come with me and plan with me but every decision I have asked him about I steer him towards what I want anyway...so it works out
