Ready to pull my hair out!

We put a bid in on a house yesterday.....We havent heard back yet...I know it takes a couple days sometimes...but I cant stop thinking about this !!!!

thats so exciting- hang in there- sometimes its just a business ploy to make you sweat! Its a terrible market for a seller- so you have the edge!

Don't worry it they try to create suspense its all a sales ploy. They will get back to soon enough. It probably feels like an eternity because you want to know so bad!

I know...they said they would get back to us this morning....My FH is sooo funny....he said that if I dont hear from them by noon (technically not morning anymore) that I should call our agent...LOL.... He is sooo silly...I told him to be patient (but secretly I want to call at 12 too)

resist the urge- if you look like you want the house badly they will try and jack you on the price!

Congrats. We put an offer in a house yesterday too. I work with my broker and I am too afraid to go to her desk and ask if she heard anything yet.

I hope we didn't put it in on the same house!
