Real Estate Company in Central Islip...

Does anyone know of a good real estate company in the Central Islip area? You see, my parents bought a house there a 3-4 years ago, but now have to sell it. It's the first house they've ever owned. They've rented all their lives. Anyway, you might remember my family's financial situation. If not, let's just say both my family, and fiance' family has been out of work since last October. Including me, but since the summer. Since my father has yet to find a job, and they only have money, and unemployment to survive another month, they have decided to sell their house. They're with a real estate company now, but I thought since you girls have given such good advice throughout my whole wedding planning that you might have some suggestions for real estate companies. Now I'm assuming since the house is in Central Islip, it would have to be a company in that area. My parents are so worried about money, this is their only option. If they do sell the house, they will be moving down here to North Carolina. Thanks so much!

Real Estate Company in Central Islip...

Hi, I don't really know of a realestate company in CI, however I have come across a company that only takes 2 or 3 % for comission. They are YHD and you can look them up on line. (go to google or yahoo) I have been looking for a house and I found this company. You may be able to get more $ for your house since they take less comission. Good Luck, and North Carolina is beautiful. I had a friend who lived there for a while.
