so, i got to thinking, how many of you would apply to be on a reality wedding show?

like, four weddings, my fair wedding, etc. t

a lot of them cast/film in the ny area, so i'm wondering if a future bride on here may wind up on some shows!!

Love watching them, but don't think I want to be on one. For some shows I wonder if you get anything out of it. Like Rich Bride, Poor Bride what do you get for being on that show. Obviously the couple is still paying for the wedding so does the show pay for when they go over budget?

The only one I would do would be My Fair Wedding. However I feel like the way the show has been lately you need to have some sort of weird aspect to your ideas for your wedding - somewhat of a trainwreck. And while I might not be having the most elaborate wedding known to man I feel like I have things under control and that it will be classy.

I could never do My Fair Wedding. I am too much of a control freak, and although he does have a nice artsy approach, some of his ideas are completely AWFUL and not my style.

I would do Four Weddings bc I love a good party, and attending 3 other events would be fun!

I don't FH and I would ever be on one of the current bride reality shows, we're both quite shy. I don't think I'd like all those cameras everywhere day of in all the guests way.

Unless you got the entire wedding totally free for being on the show then maybe we'd consider it. But Four Weddings, David Tutera, Rich Bride Poor Bride; you are still responsible for paying for the wedding you had planned.

as much as i watch those shows all the time (guilty pleasure) i dont think i could ever be on one. i would prob wanna smack some girl if i were on four weddigs and she started talking trash about me or my wedding and my fair wedding just would stress me out waayyyy too much lol

hehe, that would never happen in a million years. I love to watch it and go 'they spent how much on that?!?!

But if you ask my brother, he'd say Bridezillas (he's just being a jerk, I've barely started planning)

haha that's so funny. FH and I were just watching Four Weddings yesterday & I said to him, would you ever do a show like this if I wanted to. HAHA he would never!
