OMG I'm having the same problem and I only have an MOH and two BMs! They started off with the ability to choose the dress but forget that now! They annoyed me to the point that I have become a dictator - 'This is the dress you are getting - PERIOD!' I thought it would be a good bonding experience cuz I've known two of the girls for about 20 years and the other is a newbie but oh well. I'm just going to go with my MOH and we'll have a fine ol' time! Don't these girls realize they are supposed to drop everything for us?!? hehe jk

I didn't even attempt to get them all together...I just decided on the dress, and told them. My sister is starting to revolt now, saying that we need to go try them on or see them in person at least, but I'm not going to have 6 girls do that. I've seen it in person and know it's not awful, but if she really wants to see it that badly she'll have to make the time, which is impossible because shes a teacher and then is going to school on the weekends. UGH.

its hard to get everyone together, but sometimes if you say 'This is when this is happening' people dont have a choice and make arrangements accordingly. I'd give a few dates, pick the one most people can make, and whoever can't, stinks for them!

Just go and pick out the dress your self. Try it on. If you like thats your decision. If later they complain'O Well'. You tried.

i just was talking to two of my BMs last night. We are all getting together in Jan. I actually was able to find a day for all 6, including my MOH who lives in Paris. But... her dad owns Helens Bridal and she works there. And she said to be careful. She said that she sees parties of girls come in there all the time and its a disaster. 9 times out of 10 the bride goes back without the party and picks the dress and 1 out of 10 brides through someone out of the bridal party on the spot. She suggested I go there ahead of time and pick out 4-5 dresses I like and limit them to trying those. So maybe not having your whole wedding party is a blessing in disguise.

I did get all my girls to go together one day....but it was crazy. They were all picking different dresses and everyone had an opinion. It took so long at the store.
It might woork out better and less stressful for you if you just go with one girl and you decide. Then give them a deadline and just let them go on their own time to get measured and order the dress.
