I love the gardens and outside portion of the venue. Cocktail hour is inside and outside with a huge room with glass window overlooking the gardens. As soon as FH and I stepped into the ballroom our breath was taken away. It has a gorgeous marble dance floor that we could see ourselves having our first dance. It is family owned and not a 'wedding factory' venue. One wedding at a time and the staff is so nice and willing to accommodate anything you need. Did I mention the food is amazing??!! I can't wait until my wedding day!

It was exactly what we were looking for- options, one wedding at a time, tons of green grass and fall foliage, lots of windows in the beautiful but simple main room. Loved that it wasn't gaudy but it was still classy and very 'country club' at the same time. Outdoor indoor CH spaces. AMAZING food and a price that can't be beat. Really nice managers there who will give you whatever you need.

The Estate building at East Wind is beautiful!! It has 3 areas for CH. An indoor room, a glass enclosed patio and the outdoor gardens which are beautiful. The ballroom is HUGE with high ceilings, chandeliers, windows and a huge dance floor in the MIDDLe which was important to me. My wedding is a year away and I have already booked 27 rooms at the Inn right across the parking lot so it's convenient for all guest (in between the church even if they dont have a room) or anyone for the after party it's right there! Also the service has been great so far they are very on top of everything, food is delicious and I always notice how neat and clean EVERYTHING is. Estate building is the only wedding in that building definitely worth checking out

The outdoor area of our venue really blew us away. We love the fact the entire venue is understated and has small details throughout like beautiful moldings. The vineyards themselves are absolutely beautiful and there are beautiful gardens as well. The cocktail hour room overlooks all of this and opens up on to it - so pretty! It is truly the only venue that felt like 'us'. We wanted something elegant and beautiful, but not flashy in the least.

The Bourne is haunted!! True story - hence why FH and I became obsessed. The original owners son drowned in the pool of the basement. There's a painted portrait of him that hangs over one of the fireplaces and if that portrait is removed, weeeeiiirrddd things start happening!
Besides the scary factor - we love how beautiful it is. Old, original wood, GIGANTIC and grand ballroom, and supposedly the food is amazing.
Ah this just got me so pumped~!
no waaaaaaaaaaaaay I had no idea. Where and when did you find this out hahaha a good friend of mine may be getting married there late next year, i'd love to tell him about it.
FH filmed a wedding there before we started dating and told me the story. I didn't believe him at all. He even told me that he got to go down in the basement where the pool STILL is and it's empty and scary as hell. When we asked the Ben the BM to confirm, he was able to. The story is true!!!

Bridgeview is so beautiful. I was sold the second i saw the ballroom. Gorgeous high draped ceiling and tons of windows! There's only one wedding at a time and the price was right! After spending a week off from work to research, I was so happy when we walked into Bridgeview :)

EVERYTHING! I didn't want your typical Long island wedding at a catering hall or country club. The Royalton is like a little gem that surprisingly not a ton of people know about. Just pulling up it feels like 'home' just cozy and beautiful. Inside has vintage romance written all over it. Exactly my style. 1 wedding at a time, small intimate 'home', food is supposedly AMAZING. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

wow I got married there and didn't know about this! Lol.. that picture of the boy over the fireplace did always kinda give me the creeps, I guess now I know why! haha.

I love that it's one wedding at a time and the hall itself is so different! I love that the dance floor is elevated, the room is circular with an amazing sky light type thing on top and that we sit at a table that looks like a king and queen banquet table! lol. I also love that we utilize all 3 floors of the hall for each different part.

Its rustic and nautical! Beautiful lawn for coacktail hour overlooking the great south bay and they are putting in a brand new patio soon! The food at our tasting was terrific! the GM Steve is soooo easy to work with and very accomodating. The maritime museum is walking distance for cool photos on the docks. And i love that we will have a view of the water for our entire evening. And the prices are VERY reasonable.
