yeah, well, we decided to go for a smaller/intimate wedding, mostly family and truest of friends. and SMCC will not come down in minimum (we want around 65-75)

I got married at the Milleridge Carriage House and my min was 75. The room would be perfect for the size you are looking for. Plus you are in your own building away from everything. I was extremely happy with them.
