Reception Hall Help...

Hey girls...my bestfriend just got engaged and she is looking for Hall suggestions. She wants to get married on a Sunday Night and is looking to pay no more than $85-$95 per person BEFORE taxes and gratuity. Can you recommend some halls for her to look at? Thanks !!!
