Denise what do you think about the St. Regis

it is GORGEOUS and does have the royal type feeling to it. Milana's wedding was AMAZING!!!! plus she is seriously such a big sweetheart, fm her for any help and she will do so without any problems and go above and beyond with info. Milana was always very helpful and detailed when i asked her anything and always so sweet about it. She was also the same with everybody, and always was on the boards helping others, and even as an 07'er she always came on the 08 boards and was always helpful to us

Yess i deff fmed her--- I cant wait to see her pics of this placee--

I think a posted a week or so ago with some suggestions. If you haven't, you should start setting up appointments as searching on the internet is not the best way to go. What we did is we got into the car and looked at every single RH that we saw online. Some of them looked very different in person or couldn't accomodate our needs.

Anyway, I think the Grand Prospect Hall fits what you're looking for. It may not be NYC but it's beautiful and has the stairs you were looking for.

oh my God-- I didnt have words-- I AM IN LOVE WITH THOSE STAIRS!!!! WOW --- I am not too familiar with that area-- is it a nice area in brooklyn?

thanks soo much

Yes, it's in a very historic part of brooklyn. You should check it out. There is actually a review on here if you do a search. A girl did a masquerade ball.

Grand Prospect Hall advertises on TV constantly, at least whatever channels I am watching. It does look like a very beautiful place. And Brooklyn's fab, it's the new Manhattan

thank you-- beautiful pics--- I think it just looks beautiful-- so far I love st. regis & this place-- i gotta do some more research lol && ill let eveyone know lolll

Definitely try and visit asap as dates book up fairly quickly.

In addition, be prepared that NYC weddings are $$$$!! It's definitely a considerable difference compared to LI or Brooklyn weddings. At work we have events at the St. Regis and just lunch is over $90 per person and that's not including alcohol!!

The only place i've seen in NYC that I love (personally speaking) is Tribeca Rooftop. I've seen it all decked out and lighted up for a wedding and it looks absolutely gorgeous. But, it depends on what kind of look you're going for. It's definately more trendy than classic.

Good luck
