What is the order of the BP being introduced in reception?
parents of bride, then parents of groom, then best man and MOH, then bridemaids... but I have JBM...when does she get introduced and does she get introduced alone since I have no other junior BM or GM and no flowergirls/ringbearers...
TIA

Re: reception introduction
I always thought it was
FG/RB (if there were any) JBP Bridal Party MOH/BM Parents of Groom Parents of Bride Bride & Groom
I would put her before the bridal party in any case by herself is fine

I would assume the JrBM would be the last of the BMs before the MOH... But I am not sure myself.

Re: reception introduction
AT most of the ones i´ve been to the order is
grooms parents, brides parents, bridesmaids/gm, moh/bm, bride and groom. When there were jr or flower girls sometimes they sent them out afte rthe parents sometimes in between others to keep them in line.
As for having a jr bm walk alone i think it depend on her personality. If she is outgoing and won´t feel shy this is fine. If she will be uncomfortable you might want to find another solution.

Re: reception introduction
Good question! Could she be accompanied by another groomsman and have him walk in both a BM and the JrBM? Maybe she can walk in with someone she is comfortable with-maybe her Dad? I would ask the DJ-I'm sure they have seen it before.

I was thinking just for intro into the reception. I think for the ceremony the girls all walk in by themselves and the guys are already up front. HTH!

Your DJ should definitely be able to help you out with any questions related to things like this.
Personally from what I have seen, the order is: Bride's parents Groom's parents BM/GM FG/RB MOH/BM Bride and Groom

Re: reception introduction
Obviously, different people are going to have different situations. In my bridal party, I have one JrBM, but she is walking with a GM. I am trying to figure out at what point I am having her walk. FMIL is another issue, being that FH's parents are divorced and only his father remarried, I didn't want her to have to walk alone and feel weird. So, I spoke with our DJ, and we came up with a variety of options of who she could walk with.

Re: reception introduction
At my sisters me and best man were introduced right before the bride and groom...
parents jr. bridesmaids and groomsmen went first then rest of the BP with moh and bm last

Re: reception introduction
I suppose as far as the parent's go, the Bride's parents don't necessarily need to go first, I suppose if the groom's parent's were paying, they would be announced first...
And I believe I have even seen the parents come out together, rather than one set at a time.
