im having my wedding there next july 4th. I love it there. I think the grounds are beautiful. I went to a couple of places and didn't like many of them. The Manor Room is renovated. I love it b/c it's cozy and while im having my party I won't see any other brides. Many places are too big and cater to more than one wedding at a time and that I don't like. I have a list of things that I looked for when I chose the place. Good Luck
