Have never been tanning before, but i just want to go to get a little color. Can anyone recommend a nice place, fair price, with stand up tanning?
I prefer either by Glen Cove (near work) or central Suffolk (Islip areas).
Any advice would be appreciated too!
TIA!

Re: Recommend Tanning Salons and advice?
I recommend Dark Side tanning in Deer Park on DPA in the Deer Hills shopping ctr. Their stand-up tanner will make you red at first but they have this bed that gets you bronze - I think it's called the HP.
ETA: I recommend spray tan b/c it's less dangerous obviously... you're good with any Hollywood Tan for that.

I used to go to Beach Bum on Glen Cove Rd just north of 25A...not sure if it is still there, but they were great! Tell them you have never been before and they will help you out!

Sinkissed in Oakdale on Montauk Highway is great. The owner, Michelle, is a doll! It's in the WEndy's shopping center. It's really clean and nice.

I like the beach bum in Greenvale. It's on Glen Cove Rd off of Northern Blvd.

I usually go to Midnight Sun on Lakeland Ave. They have great beds and pretty good pricing..HTH.
