i don't have before or after pics but i used the crest whitestrips that work in 7 days and i was pretty happy with the results. i am a big red wine drinker and i used to smoke, so my teeth weren't going o get sparkling white - but i did see a big improvement! only problem is they aren't very yummy the gel is somewhat bitter but you just rinse your mouth out afterwards and it's fine.

i thought the crest white strips worked amazingly well. I smoke, drink coffee and red wine and seems to always get complemented on my teeth so they gotta work!

I like the listerine strips - they seem to be working well and they disolve after about 10 minutes and leave a fresh taste in my mouth

I just used the aquafresh trays and thought they were MUCH better than the whitestrips..the strips always slide around, and the trays are a lot more secure. I had noticeable results

i agree ~ crest white strips are the BEST!!!! and i am a HUGE coffee drinker!

I used these also right before my wedding and there was a noticible difference even in pictures!

i use the listerine pre brush whitening rinse and i love it
i know that i would never get around to using the strips BUT what i do is i keep the rinse in the shower ( ok some of you may find this gross sorry lol ) and i rinse for like the WHOLE shower and then at the end of my shower i brush my teeth ( i always brushed in teh shower anyway)
this way i definitely use it once or twice a day!
AND it was pretty inexpensive for the HUGE bottle and i think it will last me OVER 6 months!
