reference to FH gift...

i'm men's watch clue less......

fh loves his watch... it was a gift from his bro...it's huge w/a black leather strap...idk what brand though...lol

anyway, can you ladies pls give me watch recommendations? for his wedding gift...

also, are leather straps better than metal?

I don't know much about watches, but I do know that my FH prefers leather bands to metal because his arms are hairy and the hair gets stuck in the metal ones and hurts.

I don't know if that helps. I guess if your FH is hairy it does?! LOL!

Depends on the guy as far as what strap to get. I know my FH HATES leather strapes,he'll only wear bracelet style watches, but other guys are different.

All make amazing watches in various price points. Fossil is lower end, but I got FH a Fossil for Christmas last year and he's STILL getting compliments on it. You can find some afordable Bulova watches at Macy's and you can get almost anythign affordable at Overstock.com

I got FH a Fossil watch for his College Graduation and it lasted until this past year... He loved it and I plan on getting him one again...

I am pretty good with watches as my father is a watch freak, and FH owns a really nice Breitling.

As for type of watch depends how much you want to spend. And style all depends on FH, and/or if your going for an everyday look or just a watch that he can wear when he gets dressed up.

and I have a Movado and LOVE it. My pals got it for me as a combination graduation/birthday/going to law school gift bc it was a pretty penny
