REGISTERED!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey girls!!!!!!!

After much pleading and begging FH finally agreed that we could register!!!! (He wanted to wait a little bit.) It was sooooo much fun! We went to Bed Bath and Beyond and Macy's, and spent literally the whole day at the stores. That was like the highlight of my week... lol!

OK so tell me if this is weird or not. When we went to BBB the woman who we set up the registry with was like, OK now I'm going to walk around the store with you guys and scan whatever you tell me to and answer all of your questions. We were like, ummmm no thanks... and had to reject her offer about five times until she got the hint. I never heard of anyone having this happen to them. It was weird. FH and I were excited to do this together, like bonding, and we didn't want a third wheel in our ear the entire time. SO weird!!!

I went to the BBB on 6th Ave and our sales person offered the same thing too and we let him, lol. It made it a little easier on us since he knew all of the products and the store. My favorite part was when he got the rolling table and set our china up on it, so we could get the true effect of what it would look like. I thought they had great customer service but I totally get where you are coming from about wanting to bond with FH.

thats awesome!! i defhear ya on declining her offer. iwould never ever EVER want any1 to be with us. it takes the fun out of everything!

When we registered, the salespeople offered to walk with us, but actually recommended we do it ourselves unless we thought we really needed help. I think the woman you got just sounds kind of pushy. Maybe she was new

When we went they came and checked on us ALOT but didn't offer to come with us... Anything different you registered for???

Why would you want a stranger walking around with you scanning your registry items for you. That takes away all the fun of registering.

Sounds like you had lots of fun though. I can't wait to add more stuff to mine later on.

I could see if you had no clue what to do or something you would want the help. I just hated how she was so pushy about it. Also, she kept pushing us to look at china and I was like, I need time to decide I am not making up my mind asap on something so big!!!!

Unfortch, I don't think we got anything TOO different. I love our registry though and have looked at it at least five times to see all the stuff we are asking for. Obvi have no life!

The first reason to register is to get great things...the second reason is so you can stalk your registry!!!
