What sorts of things do you girls register for for your weddings?
We're registerd at bloomies and michael c. fina - any ideas? don't ppl. mostly just get your lingerie?

we just added 'cheaper' items to our registry for the shower. like more fun things too. i seriously dont expect (or even want) people to spend 100 bucks on a place setting from our registry for my shower. and i dont need 30 people giving me lingerie.. there's only so much that i need. thats just me personally though.

Pots, pans, day plates, utensils, strainers, cutting boards, coffee maker, toaster, towels, sheets, candles, comforters, pillows, laundry baskets, organizer stuff.......tons of things

We're going to be adding towels, linens, tablewear, and bathroom stuff to our registry for the shower....

our main goal was to get our china, some crystal and the bedding we wanted. We didn't need to much stuff to begin with.

When we registered at BB&B, we just went up and down the aisles and added things we needed or wanted. It's a suggestion list anyway... nothing bad will happen if you don't everything or anything off of the registries. It's supposed to be a help and a suggestion to your guests so they don't go nuts thinking about what to get you

We just registered for everything we need (umm...EVERYTHING) and will be happy to get any of it! People do get lingerie for the shower, but these days, I think it is more common to get something off the registry...
