I'm debating whether to register at Crate and Barrel or William Sonoma for my kitchen and day wear. Does anyone have any experience with either one of them?
Do they use a scanner at William Sonoma? Did you have problems with the online registry being outdated?
I am NOT loving my Williams Sonoma registry. You need to write down a skew for everything instead of using a scanner, and things discontinue often. Many items are catalogue or limited availability only, and they don't tell you when things have been discontinued.
We used the one in Smithhaven Mall. The staff was not helpful, and I HATED writing down all the skew numbers. I wish i lived closer to Roosevelt Field.
