Registry

Registry

Hope everyone is safe in this crazy weather!

Have any of you started your registry yet? I've had a few people ask me, but I feel like I have some time.....or do I?! Just want to gauge when people create their registry, if they are having one.

We haven't made one yet. I've been looking at some stuff though. There is a set of Kate Spade china that I am dying for! Although I'll probably never even use it! haha

I'm thinking we will make one over the summer or early fall.

My bridal party suggested we create it by April, I guess so they can coordinate with the shower.

Not yet. I wanted to but was advised not to only because things get discontinued & then you have to modify it. I think we will closer to the one year mark. I did start a list of things we want to put on it to make things easier when we do.

We started ours at Bed Bath & Beyond and I am constantly adding and deleting. If I see something has been discontinued I just add a different one. I know it is early but it is fun LOL

I'd like to do a honeymoon registry too since we have a lot of stuff already. Which one were you going to use? I have a few sites saved but haven't looked into them yet.

If you are very far away from your wedding date I would wait a bit. Things tend to change and get discontinued by the season for a lot of stores. For our August wedding I started our registries in November and I've still been changing a lot of stuff.

This! I started my registry too early and ended up having to make a bunch of changez recently

Just a heads up, everyone I know who registered at target had issues... I'm sure there are people who haven't but from what I've heard target and kohls are more difficult then bed bath and beyond and macys...
