Rehearsal

Is anyone else not rehearsing on the day before your wedding. Due to family issues I wish to not discuss because it will just make me upset, I need to have the rehearsal on Tuesday and our wedding is on Friday

I am getting married on a sat and the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner is on Thursday. I think it's better to not have it the night before! It allows for you and family to enjoy yourselves at the rehearsal dinner without having to worry about getting in early because of the wedding the next day.

This will give you time to relax between your rehearsal and your wedding day!

I think that's great. I'm hoping we can do ours the week before so that we can enjoy our selves and not worry about the wedding.

I would actually prefer to have a rehearsal a few days or even a week before the wedding but its not possible because some are coming from oot.

I think it is better to have it earlier so you can think clearly and hash out any issues that may have arised during rehearsal. You can really fix things up. The day before, I think so much is going on... I think I will settle with whatever goes on during rehearsal, probably won't be able to fix any small errors.

I think it's fine. Personally, I would prefer a different day. I want to relax the night before and not have to run around. Do what's best for you!

I would personally prefer to have the rehersal a few day prior, of not a week prior. Unfortunatley I need to have mine the day before the wedding, and I'm stressing about it!

I wanted the rehearsal a few days before, but because of our wedding party & their work schedules, we had to schedule it for the night before (which makes finding a place for the rehearsal dinner a tad bit difficult since it's on a friday night) It will probably be easier to do it a couple days before especially since the night before we will have so much stuff to do & on top of that will have to wake up extremely early to get ready for the big day.

I think its so much better when you dont have the rehearsal the night before! We are doing ours a week before our wedding. Too much stress already to have to add the rehearsal right before the wedding.
