I think 2 or 3 days before the wedding would be best.. In my case, we are getting married Thanksgiving Weekend, so we will probably have the rehearsal the friday the weekend before
i have to have mine the night before because of all the OOT guests..some people are flying in friday afternoon and leaving sunday morning..so i dont have any other time to do it..i wish i could do it a few days before..but i had to be difficult and plan a destination wedding
ideally i would love to do ours like 2 nights before....DEFINATELY NOT the night before....since our wedding is Sat. at 11am ans we have to wake up at the a** crack of dawn to get ready!! but we have some OOTers as well. PLUS my brother goes to college at the naval acadamy and is not allowed to miss classes to come home. so we will prob just do it the weekend before. on a saturday night i guess. i think the rehearsal dinner is going to be a lot of fun b/c it is with a small group of people...all who are very important to us!
My church only gave us the choice of the Wednesday before or the night before. Right now, we are going with the night before. Besides, FH brother lives in DC. I would probably be hanging with the girls, so I might as well be with everyone!! I can deal if I'm in bed by midnight.
my MOH is having her RD on wednesday, for a sat wedding.
