rehearsal dinner ideas in Bayside/Whitestone/Flushing????

Hey girls, I'm having a hard time finding a place to book our rehearsal dinner and since our church is in Flushing I wanted to do something nearby....any suggestions?

How about Donovan's right off of Bell Blvd? Or there's a really good Italian place on Utopia in Whitestone called Castele Mare... which church is your rehearsal at? I live in Flushing so I can offer a ton of suggestions!

Viallgio's in Whitestone

Il Vesuvio in Whitestone

Cascarino's in Bayside or College Point bc they have a party room.

Cafe 14 below is a lounge type atmosphere, it's nice inside, good food. Whitestone

Castele Mar in good also.

On Northern blvd and 220th st theres Marbella restaurant it's inside a hotel and the food is very good. It's Spaniard and the ambience is nice.

I would suggest Giardino's in Douglaston. I know it isn't in the 3 towns you asked about, but its close. The food is very good.

We are having ours at Piccolo Natale in Whitestone.. It is across the street from Villagios.
They dont have a private room, but they are really quiet on the weeknights. My party is small, so they are putting up room divider screens for us.

I love Donovans. Just be careful. My sister had her rehersal dinner there, and they promised her the private back room. Well, it was a beautiful night, and because the back room is connected to the 'outside' access, they kept bringing regular diners outside to seat them, right through her party! This also meant waiters and waitresses kept coming through the party with food/drinks for the diners outside.
She was told she would have the entire outside for her passed appetiziers before the sit down dinner started, and the day of, it wasnt the case at all. She had everything in writing, yet they did nothing to amend anything. Just be careful!

No problem! I was just there on Saturday and it was yummy! Actually I took a catering menu since we'll probably have ours there! I'll tell you the prices!

For three hours with a minimum of 20 guests it's $23.95 for the dinner, $25.95 dinner and soft drinks, $29.95 for dinner, beer, wine, and soda, $35.95 for dinner, mixed well drinks, beer, wine, and soda and $37.95 for dinner, top shelf liquor, beer, wine and soda.

In addition to the places the other girls have posted look at Plum's on bell and 48th the food is really good- They have party packages starting at $32/person for four courses.

we r doing ours at donovans in bayside great big room in the back .. 30 a head buffet or sit down includes beer wine and soda cant be beat .. i searched for months that could fit out group and rate plus valet parking

check out website ,everything is there: price list , menu choices etc

donovans is soooooooo nice. they recently updated the place very nice looking
