Rehearsal dinner local

Hey girls. Usually I'm a lurker :x I have a question, so I've decided to slowly come out from under my rock.

Wedding in Sept @ Fox Hollow and I have no idea where to have the rehearsal dinner. Do you girls have any suggestions? We are open to any type of food (Italian, Chinese, Greek etc etc etc). Dinner is going to be about 20 or so people & we'd like to stay fairly local. Help!

I appreciate your suggestions and help! Maybe I'll come out of hiding too lol

Dina (NYgirlinTX) just had her wedding at Fox Hollow and I know she picked some place close for the RD! try Mac's Steakhouse (I think thats the name). I think they had some nice packages to choose from!

what about having it at fox hollow at the hotel?
we had FSILs baby shower there a few years ago.. and OMG- I CRAVE their tortellini!

I thought about having it at the hotel... but we aren't inviting everyone so I'd feel guilty if I saw a wedding guest who isn't invited to the RD lol

You can try the fox hunt restraurant at the fox hollow itself? If you have it there, the drinks are included. At least thats what they told me. :)

There is a great greek restuarant called 'It's Greek to Me' it's on on Jackson Ave in Syosset, there is Rare360 (i think thats the new name) like someone said, Major Steakhouse is also on Jericho tpke not too far. Christianos is also pretty good its right by the the Syosset train station. Also, Steves Piccolo Buscolo also on Jackson Ave.


FH is from Syosset which is not too far from Fox Hollow so thats why I know of all these places!!
