We are having 50+ people to the RD. Can anyone help with a location? RVC, Long beach would be OK, but dont want to go too far. price/type of cuisine is secondary. Thanks!!

I also love Cabo...but not sure Mexican food is for everyone

did you try george martin the original? it's on the north side of sunrise highway on park ave. they have a private party room and the food is really good, i'm not sure how many people it holds though. i don't know the price per person for a RD.

i second blue moon, also george martin right by st. agnes has a private room, la parma in oceanside, angelinas in lynbrook, thats all i can think of

IDK if this is too far away.. but since you said Long Beach I felt it was worth mentioning.
There is an excellent place in Island Park called Lambrou's. They have great food and could certainly hold 50 people.

No problem! I had my Communion Party, Sweet 16, and College Graduation Party there. My Dad also used to have his Office Christmas Parties there back in the day. They have a room near the bar that can be your own section. Although I think it is probably not big enough for 50 people. But ask about it, it's very cute. They have a fireplace over there I believe.
If not, there's the whole restaurant. And there have been times when I've been there when it has been set up for a large party coming in to dine.

I LOVE their food!!
Don't forget they now have that separate party room in the back that faces sunrise highway.

The George Martin on Park is so good! There is another George Martin in Long Beach too.

In long beach there is UMI which is excellent Sushi and there is a dining room on the top floor in which I think you can use... they will blow you away with their food!!! Long Beach there is Costal Grill Nick DAngelos
Island Park Meso Isberion (Spelling???? Jimmy Hays (Island Park, but I heard its an EXCELLENT restaurant!)
Bellmore Sage Bistro (French Bistro*** EXCELLENT!) Antonettes ( VERY VERY GOOD)
Hewlett: There is a restaurent there that used to be called Mateos... I am unsure of the name now but I can tell you the food is EXCELLENT!!!! And the service is beyond anything you can ever imagine!
