Rehearsal Dinner Review - Sergio's and Audreys' Bakery

Hi ladies and gentlemen!

Well, I’ve officially been a married woman for 2 weeks now.

But, before I get started on my wedding review, which will most likely be a novel, I wanted to write a review of our rehearsal dinner.

The Rehearsal - Riviera
We had our rehearsal at our hall, the Riviera. Robert Jay, our maitre d’, was there to guide us through everything. He was fantastic, and made everyone feel at ease, including me!

The Dinner - Sergio's
Afterwards, we had dinner at Sergio’s in Massapequa (just about a mile from the Riviera). We had such a wonderful time! The food was terrific. Mike, the owner, is such a sweetheart – he and his staff were so attentive and nice the whole evening. We had our own private room, with soft Italian music playing the whole time. Now, the décor is far from being expensive, it is decorated with lots of silk flowers and has an old world, “mom and pop” feel to it – but we still loved it! We would definitely go back there again!

The Cake!! - Audrey's Bakery
And now, my favorite part – the groom’s cake! It was made by Audrey’s Bakery, and was The hit of the evening. I sent Thomas a bunch of pics of my DH’s (that’s the first time I got to say that!!) car, his second love next to me, and the cake he made was Absolutely Amazing!!! My DH and all the guests Loved it! Not only did it look awesome, (the attention to detail was fantastic), but it tasted sooooo good as well! I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone who wants a specialty cake, a wedding cake, or a chocolate fountain - (a little wedding review sneak preview - I hope to post my full wedding review and some non-professional pics by tomorrow! )!
