Need a place close to our church which is on the upper east side of manhattan so we would like to stay some where above East 60's any suggestions? Thank you!!

I have been there so many times and I love it! My FH's cousin had her rehersal dinner there and it was great.

Funny.. FH and I had our first date at Uptown. But will the places you guys mentioned section a spot off for us? I dont recall them having party rooms? We will also be having a good amount of people maybe 70. Dont really care about the type of food.. American, Italian...

I know that Uptown has a section in the back that has its own bar and it has curtins that give it a secluded feel. I don't know what they do for 70 people. I guess you could call them and ask what they can do for you.

I think uva has a private room. Also, i know the vespa will designate an area for guests....
Try 212, Beyoglu definitely has a private room. Atlantic Grill and there is also a tony di napoli.

I have heard good things about 212 for this. There is also il Vagabondo, Osso Buco and Uva has a back garden room.
