Remember to include this in ur budget

Food for vendors and kids.

I haven't included them yet and just added it up and it comes to another $2000! lol

and...remember that you don't have to tell them exactly how many vendors. You can fib a little and they'll all be fed. For instance, if you have 10....you can say 7 or 8

we arent having any kids under 13 and that is the cut off age being considered a kid at the CH anyway... so everyone is full price..

Also find out from your vendors if they must be fed- some put in in their contract. One vendor told me no to bother feeding them, that they wanted us to save money. Was told to definitely feed photographer and videographer since they are with you all day.

I would definitely feed them anyway since they'll be with you all day. But, the truth of the matter is, is your RH going to be counting your vendors the day of??? They don't sit with your guests and if you're off by 1 or 2 or 3 by accident they're going to be fed! My friends photographer told her about this.

Just calculated my budget and if im going to stick to it i only have 3k more to spend!! Havent even gotten my dress,invitations, etc. and no that doesnt include tip!!

ITA agree.. i would feed them regardless. If you don't they're just gonna go and eat in your cocktail hour.
They'll probably do that anyway though lol.

My vendors are half off, and the kids will eat for free (they said kids over 7 are half off but they 'aren't going to be checking IDs' LOL) - I just need to know if the photographer is bringing one or two assistants (I'm having two photographers) and also if my planner is having two assistants as well!

RH doesnt chrage for any venodrs in house or not kids too(but we arent having any)!!!!!! WOO HOOO

yeah, check with the hall. Some are free for house vendors, some are 1/3 to 1/2 off no matter who they are (Fox Hollow is 1/3 off)

Also find out, some may eat at the cocktail hour, and not require a sit down meal. I am still providing them anyway, but some prefer to just eat at the cocktail hour.

Calculated out tips.... thats about another 1300 we dont have to put in lol

I know kids for us were reduced and house vendors are included. We were also told to verify with the vendor if they even wanted to eat because if they didn't it was pointless to spend the money on them. UGHHH tips they are soooo annoying
