I am on South Beach - I dont know what I am going to do! So far I had cereal.....but what do I do today and every Friday? Eat fish I guess?

i am trying to follow it but sometimes it never works. to much going on to worry about what i cant eat. plus when i was in school and went to religion we all pointed out that no where in the catholic bible does it say we cant eat meat. my teacher and priest agreed with me......but today i have been good so far.
