I've never rented before --- about how much is this a month for a 2 bedroom apartment with rent of $1400? I don't even know what gets factored in when they figure it out or where to look.... please advise :) thanks!

we are covered for 30,000 an it is 279 or the year..if that helps

it has nothing to do with how much you pay in rent
it's where you live, how close to the water and how much stuff you have
I pay $36 a month thru met life- I am on the beach and have an extra $50K rider for my clothes, purses and shoes
