Repost from BHB Mantilla Veil

So I went to Kleinfeld this weekend and fell in love with a beautiful Mantilla veil. Cost of Veil $1,800.

With that being said, that veil costs as much as a wedding gown! I've read some posts where girls have gotten their veils at other locations including someplace called 'Barrons?'

Can you let me know where I can find this type of veil without spending an arm and a leg. NYC and Long Island locations are totally fine!

Barron's is at the tri county flea market in levittown. I got a jeweled hair clip there so didn't check veils.

You can get something a lot cheaper. I think you might regret a purchase like that! good luck on your hunt.

Barrons is the place to go!!! Its in Levittown on Hempstead Turnpike they have veils and tiaras. ALL OF THEM ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!

Barron's is in the Tri-County flea market on Hempstead trpk in Levittown. You can google Tri-County and it should be able to give you directions from where ever it is you're coming from

WOW, what a SIN that places charge that much for a veil. I think that is a slap in the face....they are saying, 'We know we can get any amount of money from you so we will overprice it and laugh in your face' I get so angry!

Wow, they are idiots! I mean, how else can OTHER places sell the EXACT item for such a lower price??? The 'how' is by inflating the price a LITTLE and not be so greedy!

I paid almost as much for my mantilla as I did for my dress! Its crazy, but I loved it! YOu only do it once! (hopefully)

if you take the Grand central to the Wantagh and then get off at Hempstead Tpke going east i think its 5E(the exit). Get onto hempstead tpke and them go about a mile and it will be a huge building on your left hand side...

I would LOVE to but I'm going with FH to his 'first class' @ the church. He's been baptized but never had his first communion or confirmation. He was like 'will you come with me? puhleeeeeze?' How could I say no to that? LOL

Exactly!! I knew the dresses started @ 1800 but veils?! Wow! Though, i did find the 'dress' but going to start looking around @ saks etc. to see if i can get a better deal!
