im getting a new dining room set and the chairs unfortunately are beige cushions.
is it tacky if i just wrap the seat (neatly) in freaking saran wrap when our (his) animalistic friends come over? i will be throwing away the plastic along with the trash that night when party is over.. so it wont be an everyday thing..
i just dont want sauce stains on my new chairs!!!!

Why not make covers for the chairs? Are they Parson chairs? you sound like my mom with the plastic on the furniture! lol!

I kept the plastic cover that the chair cushion came in on the chair I make my son use because he's a slob and my chair cushions are ivory! I guess I'm the wrong girl to ask!

those coverings are acceptable. you are greek, right? no one sews in the family that can make you covers? My mom did them for my parson chairs in my apt. FH has a wonderful dog that visits and I have nephews and a niece
