Return address etiquette on Stationary (long)

Ladies, I need some etiquette advice. My FI and I picked out stationary with both of our names on it to use for Thank you's for engagement gifts. We did not have a return address pre printed because we are not living together now. I will be writing the majority of the notes, is it okay to put both of our names (with my address), even though we both don't live there, or should I just put my name, or no name at all and just the address? Any suggestions, or am I stressing about something that totally doesn't matter? Thank you in advance for the help.

Return address etiquette on Stationary (long)

The 'rules' of etiquette say that before the wedding you use stationary with your name or monagram and after, you use both your names or a monogram or your married name. What I did was order the cards that matched our invites with Mr. & Mrs. xxxx for thank you notes after the wedding, and I bought blank notes from the Staples that I fed through the printer, and put my name only, on the front in a pretty script font. I'm using those for thank you notes for shower gifts and for gifts received before the wedding. If you've already got notes with both names, but you're writing the notes then I'd suggest you make a point of mentioning your fiance in the note, ie: 'Steven and I were delighted with your lovely....' and then just sign it with your name and use your address. Just be prepared to find that some people that don't know you well may assume you are living together at that address already.

I used my own name and address and we both signed the inside.
